Justice for Seal - REWARD

We've just learned that ACS has an open investigation into this case.

On Monday, March 5 at 7.30am, a Good Samaritan found this little dog dying from a gunshot to her forehead. She was apparently looking trustingly straight at the shooter when she was shot at point blank and left to die. The police and ACS will not open an investigation into this act of cruelty, so Raphael has asked AAPAW to set up a reward fund for information that will lead authorities to arrest the person(s) responsible for shooting this dog.

The following is Raphael's touching eulogy to Seal:

"On the morning of 3-5-12 I ran into Seal. I didn't know your name, but that is what I called you because you reminded me of a seal basking in the sun on a snowy surface. Your big brown eyes staring at me as if all was o.k. Little did I know was that someone shot a dime size hole into your forehead. I said to myself, I want this beautiful peaceful dog to come home with me. You didn't make it home. I'm so sorry.... I left you to die, but atleast not alone.... I remember I kissed you on your head and said I would help. I will never forget you "Seal" eventhough you never knew me, but I knew you were a kind, playful and caring animal. I will not let others forget what they did to you and you have changed my life forever.......

Please help Raphael find the perpetrators of this act of cruelty against an innocent dog and send a strong message that cruelty to animals has consequences!
